Ara : A Class VII girl student was kidnapped from Bakhorapur Kali temple under Barhara police station on July 22, 2018. Her family members, who were searching for her, finally found her at a house at village Bakhorapur on July 26, 2018.
The girl, a resident of Neknam Tola under Barahra police station, said that Bittu Singh of village Bakhorapur Barhara police station had called her at Bakhorapur Kali temple on mobile and when she reached there, Bittu Singh along with his friends Raja Singh, Vicky Singh, Suresh Kumar, and Prince Singh forcibly took her to a house at the village and kept her there and outraged her modesty. She said that she talked with Bittu Singh only while Raja Singh, Suresh Kumar and Prince Singh worked as messengers.
SHO, Barhara police station, Kamlesh Paswan said that the girl along with her mother had come to the police station but no FIR has so far been lodged in this regard though the police arrested Raja Singh in this connection. Bittu Singh and other accused are absconding, police sources said.
