Samastipur SP suspends SHO, Khanpur PS

Samastipur : Samastipur SP Dipak Ranjan has suspended the SHO of Khanpur police station (PS) Pankaj Kumar Pant for poor handling of the case of kidnapping of a 15 year old girl of village Rajwara on November 5, 2017, and her subsequent murder by armed criminals. The SP said that SHO Pant had been placed under suspension for not performing his duty in the case. The deceased was daughter of Ram Balak Mahto of village Rajwara. She was kidnapped by the criminals on November 5 and hacked to pieces with sharpedged weapons.
