Patna : South Africa (SA) crushed New Zealand (NZ) by 198 runs in the 2nd test at Hagley Oval, Christchurcha, NZ, on day 5 of the match on March 1, 2022, to level the two-test series 1-1. SA fast bowler Kagiso Rabada was named Player Of The Match while NZ fast medium bowler Matt Henry was named Player Of The Series for taking 14 wickets in the series including 9 in 1st test.
