Patna : Rajasthan Royals (RR) were all out for 142 in 19 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the 49th match of IPL 2018 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, on May 15, 2018, due to superb bowling by chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav, who took 4/20 in 4 overs. Kuldeep took the wickets of RR wicketkeeper Jos Buttler, England, who has been in tremendous form, captain Ajinkya Rahane, and allrounders Ben Stokes, England, and Stuart Binny.

KKR won the toss but opted to bowl. RR made a solid start and lost their first wicket when the score was 63. Buttler scored 39 in 22 ball with 5 fours and 2 sixes while his opening partner Rahul Tripathy scored 27 in 15 ball with 4 fours and a six. Rahane wasout for 11 while Sanju Samson made 12. Ben Stokes also scored just 11 while Binny was out for 1. Jaydev Unadkat made 26 in 18 ball hitting 3 fours and a six.

For KKR, Prasidh Krishna and Andre Russel took two wickets each while Sunil Narine and Shivam Mavi took one wicket each.

KKR were 21/1 after 2 overs with Sunil Narine getting out for 21 in 7 ball hitting 2 fours and 2 sixes.
