Buxar : The RPF personnel rescued an eighteen year old woman from a sleeper bogie of Rajgir-New Delhi Shramjeevi Express at Buxar railway station under Danapur Division of East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur, on November 1, 2020, and informed her family members. Her lover made board the train and left her in a lurch. She was crying.

The RPF got information that a young lady was sitting in Rajgir-New Delhi Shramjeevi Express bogie number S-4 and was crying. Other co-passengers were unable to understand her language. As the train stopped at Buxar railway station, the RPF took the lady under their custody. The lady neither speaks nor understands Hindi but the RPF personnel could got her address from her Adhar Card. Her name is Tamil Selvi Nunban. Her father’s name is Nunban who lived in Melurtaluk, Sekkipatti, in Madurai, Tamilnaidu.

She told  police that she loved Nishant and had tied nuptial knot after fleeing from their houses. Nishant came with her to Bihar but she could not tell more than that as she knew only about Patna. The RPF said that Nishant, who loved and married Tamil Selvi Nunban, left her in the train all alone saying that the train was bound to Chennai. When the woman came to know that she was travelling in a wrong train, she started weeping but the RPF came to her rescue. She gave mobile phone number of her brother Rajendran, who left for Buxar immediately after getting information about his sister. The woman also gave mobile phone number of Nishant to police. But it turned out to be the number of his friend.
