Ara : Rotary Club of Ara Central and Inner Wheel Club Aranaya, Ara, organised slogan writing programme on May 3, 2020, to create awarenesss among the people about Coronavirus pandemic, alerting them against it, and asking them to follow lockdown restrictions.
Speaking on the occasion, Punita Singh, President, Inner Wheel Club Aranaya, Ara, said that members of Rotary Club of Ara Central and Inner Wheel Club Aranaya wrote different slogans and through them appealed the people to adopt these messages in their day to day life. They also told the people through the slogans how to spend live without tension.
Punita Singh said that at the time when the entire world is facing COVID-19 pandemic and governments in the world have imposed lockdown in their respective countries to break chains of Coronavirus, trains, buses, airplanes services remain paralysed, daily wage earners and others have been rendered jobless, the Rotary Club of Ara Central and Inner Wheel Club Aranaya decided to organise this unique programme. She said that the COVID-19 will be defeated. She advised the people to take nutritious diet, wear masks and maintain social distancing, think positive, and do not get panic.
Dr Deepak Kumar, Charter President, Rakesh Asthana, President, Mahendra Pandey, former presidents Raghav Singh, Bashishtha Rai, B N Singh, Dr Anil Kumar, Manish Kumar, Harshit Vijay Jain, Om Prakash, Dr Bala Jee Srivastava, Dr Rachana Priyadarshi, Dr Sangita Kumari, Tarannum Miski, Sudha, Nivedita Singh, and Pari participated in the slogan writing.
