Ara : Rohtas police, with the help of their Bhojpur counterpart, recovered two lovebirds from village Mahuari under Agiaw Bazaar police station (PS) in Bhojpur District on on October 14, 2021. Later, Rohtas police took them to Bikramganj in Rohtas District.
SHO, Agiaw Bazaar PS, said that Pankaj Kumar, son of Vindhyachal Chaudhary of Mahuari village under Agiaw Bazaar police station in Bhojpur District, had allegedly kidnapped his so called lover from a village of Bikramganj in Rohtas district with a view to marry her. A named FIR was lodged by Bikramganj PS on March 10, 2021, in this connection on the statement of father of the girl. The lovebirds tied knot and lived together somewhere. Meanwhile, police got information that they were living at Mahuari village and Rohtas police, with the help of their Bhojpur counterpart, conducted raid and recovered the lovebirds.
