Gaya : A Gaya court on September 6, 2017, sentenced to life imprisonment Rakesh Kumar Ranjan alias Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorma Devi, his cousin Teni Yadav and Rajesh Kumar, security guard of Manorma Devi, in class XII student Aditya Sachdeva murder case.
Rocky, his father Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav alas Bindi Yadav, Teni Yadav, Rajesh Kumar were convicted in the case on August 31, 2017, by the Gaya court. Bindi Yadav was sentenced to five years imprisonment Aditya Sachdeva was shot dead on May 7, 2016, evening for overtaking the vehicle of Rocky Yadav. Aditya was returning to Gaya from Bodhgaya after attending a birthday party there.
