RLSP leader, son thrashed by cops at Ara Muffasil police station

Ara : Bhojpur police thrashed and injured State Secretary of Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) and former Mukhia, Ekauna Panchayat, Jitendra Kumar Singh Yadav, and his son Sanoj Kumar on January 31, 2019, night, allegedly for parking their motorcycle on the campus of Ara Muffasil police station. The injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital, Ara.

Jitendra Kumar Singh Yadav of Pawar village under Pawana police station said at the Sadar Hospital that he along with his son Sanoj Kumar had gone to Ara Muffasil police station to see former SHO, Pawana police station, Ram Iqbal Singh, on January 31, 2019, late evening, and parked the motorcycle on the campus of the police station. When some police personnel tried to remove the motorcycle from the campus, his son Sanoj Kumar protested. At this, some police personnel and SHO, Ravindra Kumar, thrashed them and also locked them in the Haazat. He alleged that the SHO forcibly got his signature on a paper and released them after getting the PR bond filled.

When contacted, SHO, Ara Muffasil police station, Ravindra Kumar, refuted all the charges and said when police inquired  about the motorcycle parked on the police station campus around 10pm, the former mukhia and his son got angry and created a noisy scene.
