RJD leader, friend injured as miscreants throw acid on them at Shahpur in Bhojpur

Ara : Two youth including Shahpur block RJD youth wing president Anil Kumar Yadav alias Dhoni Yadav, 22, were seriously injured when some persons threw acid on them at village Shahpur village under Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district on January 22, 2019, late evening. The injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital, Ara.

The injured were identified as Shahpur block RJD youth wing president Anil Kumar Yadav alias Dhoni Yadav, son of Shankar Yadav of Shahpur village, and his friend Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, 22, son of Birendra Yadav of Shahpur.

Anil Kumar Yadav said at the Sadar Hospital that eight persons were fighting over a trivial near Goddess Durga temple at Shahpur on January 22 late evening and when he and his friend Kamlesh Kumar Yadav went there to resolve  the matter, some miscreants put pistols on their heads and later threw acid on them. Anil said that he would lodge an FIR with  Shahpur police station after his release from the hospital.
