New Delhi : The recovery rate of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients improved to 55.77% in India on June 22, 2020. So far, a total of 2,37,195 patients have been cured of COVID-19. During the last 24 hours, 9,440 COVID-19 patients have been cured. At present, there are 1,74,387 active cases and all are under active medical supervision.
The difference between the recovered patients and the active COVID-19 cases continues to widen. On June 22, the number of recovered patients crossed the number of active patients by 62,808, according to a PIB release.
In Maharashtra, 65,744 patients have recovered till date followed by 32,754 in Tamilnadu, 33,013 in Delhi, 19,349 in Delhi, 11,597 in Rajasthan, 10,995 in UP, 9,015 in MP, 8,297 in West Bengal, 5,618 in Karnataka, 5,557 in Haryana, 4,331 in Andhra Pradesh, and 3,382 in J&K.
The Coronavirus death toll break-up in India is : Maharashtra (6,170), Delhi (2,175), Gujarat (1,663), Tamilnadu (757), West Bengal (555), UP (550), Madhya Pradesh (515), Rajasthan (349), Telengana (210), Haryana (160), Karnataka (137), Andhra Pradesh (106), Punjab (99), J&K (82), Bihar (53), Uttarakhand (27), Kerala (21), Odisha (14), Chhattisgarh (11), Jharkhand (11), Assam (9), Puducherry (8), Himachal Pradesh (8), Chandigarh (6), Ladakh (1), Tripura (1), and Meghalaya (1).
