Muzaffarpur : Recovery of bodies four out of five minors boys of village Bada Khurseda under Sahaebganj block in Muzaffarpur district, who were missing since August 7, 2017, after they went to see the Mahaviri Jhanda Mela on Rakshabandhan Day, from a ditch at Bhatkhanda located beside under construction Hajipur – Sugauli railway line on August 8 has created sensation in the area. One of the five boys Viccky, 15, son of Paras Rai, is still missing.

It is feared that they were killed by some people and the bodies were thrown into the ditch. But, Muzaffarpur SSP Vivek Kumar said that the reason behind tgeir death wold be clear only after the post-mortem report arrives. He, however, said that police were investigating into the incident. The five boys of village Bada Khurseda missing since August 7 were Raj Kumar, 14, son of  Ranjit Rai, Viccky Kumar, 15, Amit Kumar alias Mishirji, 7, son of Vijay Rai, Uday Kumar, 15, son of late Jagan Mahto, and Karan Kumar, 11, son of Shivpujan Rai. Some villagers saw the bodies floating in the ditch and soon a large number of people reached there.
