Patna : Ratnesh Kumar, ADM ( Public Grievance Redressal) -sum-District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Samastipur, was transferred on February 16, 2018, and appointed Special Secretary, Road Construction Department (RCD), Bihar Government. Pradip Kumar, Additional Secretary, Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission, Patna, was also transferred and appointed Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Co-operative Department. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect the same day.
