Ranveer Alia starrer ‘Gully Boy’ earns over Rs 71 cr in 4 days

Patna : Zoya Akhtar directorial musical drama ‘Gully Boy’ starring Ranveer Singh and Ali Bhatt in lead roles has done a business of over Rs 71 crore in 4 days since its release on February 14, 2019, across the country and is likely to cross the Rs 100 crore mark by the end of the first week.

The film, which revolves round a Mumbai slum rapper who wants to become a star, opened on 3,350 screens in the country. The film had grossed over Rs 19 crore on its first day. The film also stars Kalki Koechlin, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Amruta Subhash, and Vijay Raj in supporting roles. After the huge success of ‘Simmba’, this film has consolidated Ranveer Singh’s status as a superstar. ‘Gully Boy’ was made on a budget of around Rs 75 crore including publicity cost.
