Ram Ishwar appointed Jt Secretary, Health Department

Patna : Bihar government on November 1, 2017, transferred Ram Ishwar, Deputy Secretary, Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission, and appointed Joint Secretary, Health Department. Krishna Prasad, OSD, Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), has been shifted and made DDC, Kaimur.

Arvind Kumar, District Transport Officer (DTO), Lakhisarai & Sheikhpura, has been shifted and appointed DDC, Buxar. Prabhat Kumar has been appointed DDC, Sitamarhi. Mohd Waris Khan, Deputy Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, has been transferred and made DDC, Sheohar, while Akhilesh Kumar, DTO., Jehanabad, has been appointed DDC, East Champaran. Dr Kari Prasad Mahto, District Programme Officer (DPO), Patna, has been shifted and made DDC, Darbhanga.

Mukesh Kumar, District Supply Officer, Samastipur, has been appointed DDC, Madhepura, while Ram Niranjan Singh, Director, Accounts Administration, Sheohar, has been appointed DDC, Khagaria. Varun Kumar, DTO, Vaishali, has been shifted and made DDC, Samastipur. All these officers belong to Bihar Administrative Service. The General Administration Department issued a notification regarding these transfers of November 1.
