Patna : Bihar Governor Lalji Tandon on December 13, 2018, asked the State Building Construction Department (BCD) to complete process of construction of multi-storey ‘Bal Bhavan’ on Bihar State Child Welfare Council land at Bhanwar Pokhar near Khaitan Market, Patna, at the earliest. A high level meeting presided over by Governor Lalji Tandon at Raj Bhavan discussed the issue of construction of ‘Bal Bhavan’ on December 13. The proposed ‘Bal Bhavan’ would have infrastructure for the all round development of children.
