Patna : SDO, Naugachia, in Bhagalpur district, Raghvendra Singh was on March 20, 2017, transferred and appointed SDO, Jaynagar, in Madhubani district. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on March 20 itself. Raghvendra Singh is a 2013 batch IAS officer.
