Patna : Bihar Governor Lalji Tandon on November 5, 2018, mourned Prof Nalini Kant Jha, VC, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), Bhagalpur, describing as an eminent educationist, teacher, author, and political analyst. Governor Tandon said that Prof Jha’s books on India’s foreign policy are very significant.
Prof Nalini Kant Jha, who assumed charge as the VC of TMBU on March 23, 2017, died at 12 noon on November 5, 2018, at Bhagalpur. He suffered cardiac arrest at 10.20 am the same day. Prof Jha was a native of village Teldiha in Banka district. Prof Jha had suffered first heart attack 8 months back.
