Patna : Bihar Government, in a major development, transferred Principal Secretary, Health, Sanjay Kumar, a 1990 batch IAS officer, amidst lockdown and appointed him Principal Secretary, Tourism Department, Bihar. He will continue to hold additional charge of Member Secretary, State Advisory Committee.
Uday Singh Kumawat, a 1993 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Tourism Department, has been transferred and appointed Principal Secretary, Health Department, replacing Sanjay Kumar. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on May 20, 2020.
