President of India pays floral tributes to R Venkataraman on his birth anniversary

New Delhi : The President of India Ram Nath Kovind paid floral tributes to R Venkataraman, former President of India, on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan on December 4, 2019. The President, family members of  R Venkataraman, as well as officers and staff of the President’s Secretariat paid respects before a portrait of  Venkataraman, according to a PIB release.
