New Delhi : The President of India Ram Nath Kovind on DEcember 4, 2017, paid floral tributes to former President of India R Venkataraman at Rashtrapati Bhavan on the occasion of his birth anniversary .The President, family members of former President R Venkataraman as well as officers and staff of the President’s Secretariat paid respects before a portrait of Venkataraman at Rashtrapati Bhavan, according to a PIB release.
