Poultry Farm owner shot dead at Saran village

Patna : Dhulu Sai, a 45 year old trader, was shot dead at 4 am on June 28, 2018, by unidentified criminals at village Matiyar under Manjhi police station in Saran district when he was going to his Poultry Farm from his house. The assailants were waiting for Sai at Matiyar High School Ground and shot him in his head when he reached there. Angry villagers blocked the Manjhi -Siswan main road in protest.

Although the incident took place at 4 am yet no FIR had been lodged till 12.42 pm due to indifferent attitude of the local police. Police were yet to arrest the killers even as they belong to the same village. According to SHO, Manjhi police station, Dhulu Sai’s murder was the result of  an old dispute with the assailants.
