Police seize note printing machine from Bhojpur village, 1 held

Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raids at village Jamuaw under Sandesh police station on January 10, 2019, and seized machine meant for printing counterfeit notes. Police also arrested a person in this connection and are interrogating him, according to police souces.

Man succumbs to gun shot injuries : Chayit Bind alias Chayit Chaudhary, husband of Ward Member Bahoranpur panchayat Ward No 14 under Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district, Lalita Devi, succumbed to his injuries at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) on January 10 during treatment.

Some miscreants had shot at and injured Chayit Chaudhary in the evening at village Laxmanpur under Shahpur police station on January 8, 2019, when he had gone at the village to field to attend call of nature.
