Police seize 980 bottles of IMFL in Bagaha

Bagaha : A team of Dhandha police station in Bagaha police district led by SHO, Rajesh Kumar,  while checking the vehicles on Ratawal-Bansi road stopped a Murti Van without registration number and seized 980 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) kept in 22 cartons inside the vehicle on November 26, 2017. The Maruti Van, coming from Uttar Pradesh, was also seized.

Bagaha SP Arbind Kumar Gupta said that neither the driver nor the liquor smuggler could be apprehended as they vanished in Gandak riverine area leaving the vehicle  behind. Police seized the Maruti Van and are searching for the liquor smuggler and driver, the SP said.
