Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, on April 11, 2018, conducted raid at Saraiya Bazaar near Gundi Mor under Krishnagarha police station and seized 65 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and arrested an alleged liquor smuggler Md Mustafa, son of Umar.
SHO, Krishnagarh police station, B K Brajesh said that a named FIR has been lodged against Md Mustafa under the New Excise Act and he was sent to jail.
In another incident, Bhojpur police arrested a liquor smuggler Laxman Singh, son of Ram Barat Singh of village Khopira under Pawana police station, raid handed while selling IMFL. Laxman was also sent to jail.
