Police seize 40 packets of Heroin at Buxar, 2 smugglers held

Buxar : Buxar police,  on a tip off, conducted raids near Shantinagar Hanuman Temple under Buxar Town police station on April 26, 2019,  and seized 40 packets of Heroin. Police also arrested two drug peddlers : Chhathu Kumar and Firoz Paswan, of Shantinagar, and sent them to jail after interrogation.

SDPO Satish Kumar said that police got information some drug peddlers including a woman were selling drug at Shantinagar. Police immediately conducted raids near Shantinagar Hanuman Temple and seized 40 packets of Heroin and arrested two drug peddlers, the SDPO said. He further said that Fer0z Paswan was absconding for long but police succeeded in arresting him along with Chhathu Kumar.
