Police remain clueless in Muzaffarpur dacoity case

Muzaffarpur :  Around a dozen armed criminals committed dacoity at the house of one Amjad Hussain in Sir Saiyyad  locality
under Mithanpura  police station, Muzaffarpur,  in the intervening night of September 12 & 13, 2019, and looted cash and valuables after taking signature of  the house owner’s wife on a Cheque-Book of Central Bank  of India. Police are investigating into the incident and keeping a close watch on bank transactions from Amjad’s account. This was the new aspect of dacoity.        Nilofar Parween, wife of  Amjad Hussain, said  in her FIR that  around a dozen young criminals entered her house after crashing the door and made her and her three children captive for nearly 3 hours. The dacoits had covered their face
with cloths, she said and added she was tortured and beaten up by them. Finally, the criminals decamped with looted ornaments, Rs 20,000 cash and other valuables. They  got her Cheque-Book and forced her to put her signature on them.
