Police recover missing Ara girl, one held

Ara : Police on October 28, 2019, recovered a teenage girl and arrested the kidnapper Firoz Alam from Ara, headquarters of Bhojpur District.

Police brought the girl over to Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and sent the kidnapper to jail. Police also brought the girl over to an Ara  Court to get her statement recorded under Section 164 of CrPC.

SHO, Ara Town police station, said that a teenage girl was kidnapped from Jawahar Tola locality under Ara town police station three days back.  An FIR was lodged with Ara Town police station against three named and two unnamed persons including Firoz Alam of the same locality. After institution of the FIR, the police swung into action and recovered the girl and also arrested one of the kidnappers Firoz Alam. Police are conducting raids to arrest another named and unnamed accused.
