Muzaffarpur : Police on November 30, 2017, fished out body of a kidnapped minor boy Prince Raj from a river at Tepri Maheshpur near Piyar Shiva Mandir under Piyar police station in Muzaffarpur district. This follows revelation made by the kidnapper Mukesh, who was arrested by DSP, East, Muzaffarpur, Gaurav Pandey, from Bengal recently. Prince Raj was kidnapped from his village Piyar under Piyar police station on November 22, 2017, night.
Mukesh told police that he kidnapped Prince Raj from village Piyar on November 22 as he had monetary dispute with his father Amarnath, who had not paid him his Rs 20,000 dues. Mukesh told police that when the kidnapped boy Prince Raj started crying, he killed him, put the body in a gunny bag and threw it into the river near Piyar Shiv Mandir. DSP, East, Pandey along with divers reached that place with kidnapper Mukesh and fished out the body after four hours, according to City SP Upendra Nath Verma.
