Motihari : Police on December 30, 2020, arrested two narcotics smugglers near village Pipariya under Turkauliya police station (PS) in East Champaran District in Norh Bihar and recovered 1 kg Charas from the SUV they were was travelling by.
The arrested Charas smugglers are natives resident of village Panapur under Harsidhi police station of East Champaran district and were active in Indo-Nepal bordering areas.
SHO, Turkauliya PS, Abhay Kumar, said that the two smugglers were moving on a SUV found without any valid
documents so the vehicle has been seized by police. Police are investigating this case, the SHO said.
