Police arrest naxal with firearms from Bhojpur village

Ara : Police, on a tip off, arrested a suspected naxal Sindhu Paswan from village Baghwat-Narayanpur under Agiaw Bazaar police station on February 20, 2019, and also seized firearms from his possession. Later, police sent him to jail after interrogation. He was wanted in a number of criminal cases and was absconding for several years

Bhojpur SP Aditya Kumar said that he got information that a naxal had taken shelter at Baghwat-Narayanpur village under Agiaw Bazaar police station. He immediately formed a police team and directed it to arrest the naxal. Police conducted raids at Baghwat-Narayanpur village and arrested naxal Sindhu Paswan along with firearms.
