Police arrest miscreant with loaded pistol near Kurmuri Bridge in Bhojpur

Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raids near Kurmuri Bridge under Sikarhatta police station on December 9, 2019, and arrested a miscreant along with a loaded countrymade pistol. Later. police sent him to jail. The miscreant was identified as Salim Ansari of Panwari village.

SHO, Sikarhatta police station, Rajesh Kumar, said that he got information that some miscreants were loitering near Kurmuri Bridge on motorcycle. He immediately swung into action and started vehicle checking drive at Kurmuri Bridge. During checking, police intercepted a motorcycle but the miscreant tried to escape. Police chased and caught him along with loaded countrymade pistol.
