Ara : Police seized a rifle and 8 live cartridges from a room of a school at Mahathin Dih Tola under Ayar police station in Bhojpur district on February 26, 2018. Police also arrested Ajay Yadav of Haldi Chhapra under Maner police station in Patna district and forwarded him to jail.
Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar got information that some liquor smugglers with firearms had taken shelter at a school. He immediately formed a team under ASP Daya Shankar Singh. The police team conducted raids at the school at Mahathin Dih Tola Jagdishpur Sub-division in Bhojpur district and arrested Ajay Yadav along with one single barrel rifle and eight live rounds.
