Ara : Bhojpur police on February 1, 2019, arrested Krishna of village Rasauli under Piro police station in Bhojpur district for allegedly threatening Medical Officer, Incharge, Community Health Centre, Piro, Dr Rajiv Kumar, with dire consequences, and sent him to jail after interrogation.
SHO, Piro police station, Janmejay Rai, said that Krishna of village Rasauli under Hasanbazaar Police Outpost called the MO, Incharge, Community Health Centre, Piro, Dr Rajiv Kumar and said inquired about availability of anti-rabies vaccine on January 28, 2019, late evening.
When the doctor said that no vaccine was available at that time, Krishna hurled abuses on him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Krisha also reached Community Health Centre next day and once again abused the doctor and threatened to gun him down, the SHO said. In the meantime, other employees of the health centre gathered there. Seeing the people in large number, Krishna fled away from the scene threatening to kill the doctor.
The MO, Incharge, Piro, lodged a named FIR with Piro police station against Krishna for threatening him with dire consequences.
