Muzaffarpur : Police arrested two persons and seized Rs 5.5 lakh cash, rifle, a pistol and two live rounds during a raid conducted at their house at village Madhuban Kanti under Panapur police outpost (OP) under Meenapur police station (PS) in Muzaffarpur district on October 6, 2017.
The arrested persons were identified as Chandradev Sahni and his son Vikram Kumar. The raid was conducted by a special team of Patna and Muzaffarpur police. Police suspect that Chandradev and Vikram have links with naxalites though investigation into their antecedents and from where they procured the arms is still on.
