Patna: Police on June 1, 2020, arrested dreaded Maoist K B Lal alias Krishna Vallabh Lal alias Amresh Kumar alias Kavi ji from an
area falling under jurisdiction of Bhagvanganj police station in Patna district.
Senior SP (SSP) Upendra Sharma said that Kavi ji was continuously engaged in Maoists’ activities. He said that the arrested Maoist was
involved in torching JCB of a road construction company on January 1, 2019, under Khirimor police station, demanding levy from construction company under the same police station and cases related to Explosive Materials Act lodged with Masaurhi police station.
Police said that Kavi ji’s two associates had been arrested and forwarded to jail.
