Bettiah : A Special Task Force headed by SDPO, Bettiah, Pankaj Kumar Rawat, on a tip off, conducted raid at two places under Bettiah Sub-Division in West Champaran district on December 30, 2018, night, and arrested 5 criminals with firearms and stolen bikes. The arrested criminals were identified as Bajrangi Kumar, Vishal Kumar, Niraj Kumar, Vicky Kumar, and Pravin Kumar.
SP, West Champaran, Jayant Kant, said that 4 criminals were arrested from Bara Ramana field with two countrymade guns and a motorbike when they were planning to commit crime. Pravin Kumar was arrested along with a stolen bike from a place located under Lauria police station, the SP said.
