Police arrest 4 criminals from Sitamarhi village

Sitamarhi:  A police team headed by SDPO, Sitamarhi, K V Dhirendra on June 30, 2017,  arrested four criminals including a woman from village Hajpurwa under Runnisaidpur police station with three pistols, eleven magazines and a few live rounds.

The arrested criminals were identified as Raj Kumar, Jai Kumar, Rahul Raj and Dev Chandi
Devi. They had assembled at the house of Dev Chandi Devi to execute a crime. Dev Chandi is the mother of notorious criminal Chiranjivi Sagar at present lodged in Bhagalpur central jail in connection with murder of two engineers of a construction company in Sitamarhi district a few years back. Several cases are pending against Chiranjivi in north Bihar districts.
