Ara : Police arrested three miscreants from Piparhiyan Mor under Ara Town police station (PS) in Bhojpur District on June 9, 2021. Police also seized two loaded pistols, eight, 6 live cartridges of 8mm caliber, three mobile phone, and two motorcycles from their possession.
The arrested miscreants were identified as Abhishek Kumar alias Nanhku, son of Sanjay Kumar Rai, and Ajik Kumar, son of Harendra Pal of Dharahara locality under Ara Town PS, and Avinash Kumar, son of Akhileshwar Pandey of Katira locality under Nawada PS, Ara.
Bhojpur SP Rakesh Kumar Dubey said that the SHO Ara Town PS got information that three miscreants on two motorcycles were going to Anand Nagar locality from Piparhia Mor to commit crime. Police immediately swung into action and arrested all the three miscreants from Piparhia Mor and foiled their bid to commit crime. When they were searched, police recovered two loaded pistols, eight, 6 live cartridges of 8mm caliber, three mobile phones, and two motorcycles from their possession, the SP said A named FIR was lodged with Ara Town PS against them on the statement of an SI Sushant Kumar and they were sent to jail after interrogation.
