Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, arrested three bike borne miscreants along with firearm and ammunitions and two mobile phones from near Nayaka Tola Mor under Jagdishpur police station on October 7, 2019.
The arrested miscreants were identified as Bheem Singh, Chhote Singh, and Shatrughan Singh of village Jamalpur under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur district. A named FIR has been lodged by Jagdishpur police station against them and they were sent to jail after interrogation.
SDPO, Jagdishpur, Shyam Kishore Ranjan said that on the direction of Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar a vehicle checking drive was launched near Nayaka Tola Mor under Jagdishpur police station on Ara-Mohani NH-30. Police intercepted three bike borne three persons and seized a countrymade pistol and some cartridges from their possession and the motorcycle when they were on way to Jagdishpur from Bihia. He said that the miscreants were on a mission to commit crime somewhere.
