Patna : A PMCH doctor Dr Mohd Ali Muzaffar , 45, was arrested on May 24, 2017, for firing at Mohd Danish Iqbal , an engineering student, in a property dispute at his 173, Patliputra Colony, residence under Patliputra Police Station, Patna. Danish, who was seriously injured in the incident, was admitted to a private hospital located in Patliputra Colony.
Acting SHO, Patliputra Police station, Srikrisna Prasad, SI, while confirming the incident said that Danish had reached 173, Patliputra Colony, with his five friends on two bikes after he was informed that his aunt was facing some problems there. He said that the incident was fallout of a property dispute. SI Prasad said that the incident took place at 3 pm and police immediately arrested Dr Mohd Ali Muzaffar.
