Patna : Executive Officers and City Managers of 4 circles of Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) on July 20, 2018, directed to put the wards under their respective jurisdictions into four categories : Good, Average, Bad, and Poor, on cleanliness matrix. The colonies under each ward would then be put into A, B, C, and D categories on cleanliness matrix, to be designed.
The cleanest ward would be given AA status, whereas the least clean ward would be given DD status. These matrics would be visible on the maps of the circles along with being plotted on Google Earth and Google Maps platforms. All City Managers have been directed to work accordingly and prepare a work force and resource development plan and submit it to the corporation.
All Eecutive Officers will review the new work plan under their respective jurisdiction. Executive Officers and City Managers have been also asked to regulate duty hours of the workers into two shifts. The morning shift would be from 6 am till 2pm whereas the night shift will be from 8pm to 4 am. The workers would also get 1 hour break for water and food. City Commissioner, PMC, had on July 19 held meeting with all Executive Officers and City Managers in this connection.
