New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 23, 2020, paid tributes to Dr Ram Manohar Lohia on his birth anniversary, according to a PIB release. In a tweet, PM Modi said, “ Dr Lohia’s great work for social empowerment and his service oriented philosophy shall continue to inspire the citizens of the country”.
