opportunities will increase with this,” Modi said.

He took a dig at the Mahagathbandhan again saying, “If there was no such online system, those who looted the fodder of the animals, would have once again looted people’s shares of grain and money.”
“During the lockdown, the Department of Posts has given 23 lakh people the facility to transact money sitting at their homes. Earlier, mobile and internet was only available to rich people. Today people of all classes have mobile and internet access at a low rate. This has been possible only under the rule of NDA,” Modi said.
CM Nitish Kumar praised the central assistance for the development of Bihar and for its pro poor policies in the lockdown. He said, “Every ration card holder is being given free grain and pulses. Under the Ujjawala scheme, 85 lakh people have been provided free gas connections.”
PM Modi concluded the rally with an appeal to the voters to once again bring back the NDA govt. “With your one vote, you can prevent Bihar from becoming Bimaru. For this you have to make sure that all candidates of NDA i.e. BJP, JDU HAM and VIP win by huge margins,” Modi told the voters.
