New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 15, 2018, conveyed his greetings on World Consumer Rights Day. PM Modi, according to a PIB release, said, “Greetings on World Consumer Rights Day. The consumer plays an important role in the economy. Government of India is not only focussing on consumer protection but also consumer prosperity.”
