New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 8, 2020, congratulated Joe Biden on winning the US presidential election.
“Congratulations Joe Biden on your spectacular victory! As the VP, your contribution to strengthening Indo-US relations was critical and invaluable.
