Patna : Covid-19 cases rose to 2,62,534 in Bihar on February 28, 2021, as 25 more persons including 12 from Patna, 3 from Begusarai, and 2 each from Rohtas, East Champaran, and Samastipur, tested positive to the pandemic on February 27. The state had recorded 45 new Covid-19 cases on February 27, 2021.
Of the 2,62,534 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,60,594 patients have been declared cured including 30 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.26%. The number of active cases dropped to 398 in Bihar on February 28, 2021. Bihar has tested 2,24,34,044 samples so far including 30,490 samples on February 27, 2021. The Covid-19 toll remained pegged at 1,541 in Bihar on February 28, 2021.
