Ara : A youngman was killed and another injured when their motorcycle collided head-on with a speeding Pick-Up van near village Kadasar village under Sonvarsha police station (PS) on Ara-Mohania NH 30 in Bhojpur District on July 9, 2021, late evening, when they were returning home after selling pulse in the market.
Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as Dularchand Bind, 20, son of late Shubh Dayal Bind of Ujiyar Tola under Ara Town PS while the injured was identified as Manji Bind, 22, son of Nandu Bind of the same area. They dealt in pulses.
Manji Bind said that he and Dularchand Bind had gone to Maliabagh in Rohtas District to sell pulses in the morning on July 9, 2021, and after selling their goods, they were returning home on a motorcycle in the evening the same day. When they reached near village Kadsar, a speeding Pick-Up van collided head-on with the motorcycle killing Dularchand Bind on the spot. Dularchand Bind was married.
