One arrested for exploding bomb on rail track in Buxar on Feb. 6

Buxar : Government Railway Police (GRP), Danapur, conducted raid at village Arged in Rohtas district in the late evening on March 17, 2017, and arrested one Manoj Kumar in connection with bomb explosion on the railway track near village Jaso in Buxar district on Danapur-Mughalsarai rail section on February 6 this year.

Railway SP Navin Chandra Jha said that some persons had thrown a bomb from a lavatory of Varanasi-Sialdah Upper India Express near east of Nadav halt near Jaso village on February 6, 2017, under Danapur division of the East Central Railway (ECR). The bomb exploded but it did not harm anyone. The SP said that during interrogation, Manoj Kumar  vital information and police would now very soon arrest his associates.
