New Delhi : The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients declared cured crossed 3 lakh mark in India at 8 am on June 28, 2020, reaching 3,09,712, an increase of 13,832 during last 24 hours, exceeding the total number of active cases by 1,06,661.

Coronavirus death toll in the country has jumped to 16,095 in the country with 410 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country during last 24 hours including 167 from Maharashtra, 66 from Delhi, 68 from Tamilnadu, 19 from UP,  and 18 from Gujarat.

The Coronavirus death toll break-up in India is : Maharashtra (7,273), Delhi (2,558), Gujarat (1,789), Tamilnadu (1,025), Uttar Pradesh (649), West Bengal (629), Madhya Pradesh (550), Rajasthan (391), Telengana (243), Haryana ( 218), Karnataka (191), Andhra Pradesh (157), Punjab (128), J&K (93), Bihar (59), Uttarakhand (37), Kerala (22), Odisha (18), Chhattisgarh (13), Jharkhand (12), Puducherry (10), Assam (9), Himachal Pradesh (9), Chandigarh (6), Goa (2), Arunachal Pradesh (1), Ladakh(1), Meghalaya (1), and Tripura (1).

As far COVID-19 patients getting cured goes, in Maharashtra 84,245 patients have been cured followed by 49,301 in Delhi, 44,094 in Tamilnadu, 22,409 in Gujarat, 14,215 in UP, 13,367 in Rajasthan, 10,789 in West Bengal, 9,971 in MP, 8,472 in Haryana, 7,287 in Karnataka, 6,843 in Bihar, 5,480 in Andhra Pradesh, 4,606 in Odisha, 4,225 in J&K, 3,320 in Punjab, and Kerala 2,110.
